Life at the Koflerhof farm
To help you find your way around the farm and get to know it in all its facets, here are some interesting facts about life on the Koflerhof in South Tyrol.
Orientation on the farm
After the entrance to the farm you will find the parking lot directly on the left side. The apartment of your hosts: inside is located on the west side of the house.
The vacation apartments:
- The vacation apartments “East” and “West” are located at ground level directly on the north side of the house.
- The vacation apartment “West 2” can be found via the stairs on the west side of the house.
- The vacation apartment “Southeast” can be reached via the east side of the house.
- The vacation apartment “Southwest” can be found via the west side of the house.
Garbage disposal: Organic waste is disposed of on the west side of the house (wooden door on the wall behind the herb garden, see graphic). The rest of the garbage is separated on the east side.

Garden & animals
The garden, the various equipment for children and the lawn with trampoline and pool is available to all our guests. Here you can play, relax and linger comfortably.
The garden barbecue hut is mainly available to our guests of the vacation apartment “West 2”. All other apartments have a private grill in the outdoor area.
The surrounding
