The Alpe di Siusi
About 10 minutes drive from our farm you can enjoy the well-known ski area Seiser Alm/Alpe di Siusi. A wonderful ski area featuring 60 km of ski runs, ideal for families, ambitioned skiers as well as sun seekers.
- The Snowpark Seiser Alm in the South Tyrolean Dolomites is one of the top 10 snowparks in Europe. It offers a professional proline at the highest slopestyle level, but also numerous kickers, boxes and rails (over 70 structures). With a length of 1.5 km and due to its numerous structures, it has been chosen several times as the best snowpark in Italy. The snowpark of the Alpe di Siusi is the largest snowpark in South Tyrol.
- Cross-country skiing: The winter snow-covered Alpe di Siusi is a true paradise for cross-country skiers. The almost seemingly endless, slightly hilly landscape in the Dolomites is always worth spending your vacation in South Tyrol. Lovers of cross-country skiing can choose from 80 km of trails of varying difficulty. The lengths of the trails vary from two kilometers for beginners to the “Jochloipe”, which is the longest high-altitude trail of the Alpe di Siusi with 15 kilometers. All trails on the Alpe di Siusi are double-tracked and prepared for skating.
- Various toboggan runs, which can be reached on foot or comfortably with the mountain railroad, offer a great experience in the middle of the snowy Alpe di Siusi. Various huts and ski rentals offer tobogganing equipment for the up to 3km long toboggan runs.
- Highlight: In February the full moon attracts to the Moonlight Classic race on the alp!
Ski area Val Gardena
Val Gardena is situated approx. 20 minutes drive from our farm. The well-known ski area with 195 km of ski runs is a real paradise for wintersports lovers as well as expert skiers.
Every year the world’s best skiers meet on the famous Sasslong run to challenge themselves at the amazing downhill World Cup competition. Val Gardena is part of the Dolomiti Superski, one of the greatest ski areas in the world as well the Alpe di Siusi. Thanks to the Dolomiti Superskipass you can use all the ski lifts in the Dolomites and enjoy 500 km of connected runs around the majestic Sella mountain, skiing the famous Sellaronda. In total the Dolomiti Superski area features 1.220 km of runs in 12 regions of the Dolomites. Easy as well as steep runs, always perfectly prepared, for the fun of everyone, newest ski lifts, romantic mountain huts: all this and much more is waiting for you for a unique winter experience!

Every year in December, South Tyrolean towns organize enchanting Christmas markets. You can feel the warm atmosphere while walking through the many stands, smelling the perfume of sweet delicacies.
