The prices are per person and apartment for 2 guests and a minimum stay of 5 days.
- Every additional person costs 8,00 euro/ day
- Pets are welcome. They pay 6,00 euro/ day
- Final cleaning 48,00 euro
Tourist tax: per person (from 14 years)/ day 1,75 €.
The reservation is valid only if accompanied by a deposit.
General conditions: payment, cancellation, arrival and departure.
Payment: 30- 40% deposit, the restamount can be paid at arrival.
In case of cancellation, the apartment will be released for booking for other guests. If the apartment is booked by other guests, the deposit will of course be refunded. In case of non-occupancy the following rules apply:
- Cancellation 29 – 14 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount
- Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount
- In case of not communicated non-acceptance of the booked apartment: 100% of the agreed total amount
- In case of delayed arrival and early departure, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed total price.

Arrival:
Please note that the apartment is available from 2 pm.
Departure:
We kindly ask you to leave the apartment before 9.30 am. If you would like to leave later we are happy to store your luggage at the farm.
